Software (SAAS) - The Virtual Structure Core: NMReady RNA Structure System offers easy-to-use, rapid, and inexpensive determination of 3D RNA structures. The System generates and orders custom heavy isotopically labeled RNA samples for the target RNA, delivers the NMReady samples to the customer to be run on existing NMR machines, and generates validated structures. Nymirum's proprietary algorithms and in-house RNA structure databases provide the foundation for this NMR data-driven process.
Support & Services: Nymirum will test and configure clients' existing NMR equipment to work with the Nymirum system. Clients without NMR capacity can utilize Nymirum's. Custom projects and consulting services are available.
